SHIPPING Currently, orders are being shipped twice per week. Shipping prices are calculated by the weight of your item (s) and your shipping location. Insurance is included.

US Shipping Estimates
First Class Mail: 2-3 business days
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
Express Mail: 1 business day

As per USPS, First Class Mail is only available for items that weigh less than 13 ounces. All orders come with a delivery confirmation number, which will be emailed to you when your package ships.

International Shipping Estimates
First Class Mail: Varies by destination, averages 7-10 business days, but can take up to 45 days 
Priority Mail: 6-10 business days
Express Mail: 3-5 business days

As per USPS, First Class Mail does not come with tracking and is only available for items that weigh less than 4 pounds. Priority Mail and Express Mail packages come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.

Import duties, taxes and charges are your responsibility and not included in the item price or shipping charges.


PAYMENT We accept payment by credit card or Paypal.

SALES TAX All NY state residents are subject to 8.875% sales tax.
RETURNSIf for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and it meets all of the following criteria, we will happily accept your return.

Return guidelines:
• Returns accepted for full price merchandise only.
• Promotional purchases and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. A promotional purchase includes any purchase made using a coupon code, including free shipping.  
• Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and have the original tag attached.
• Returned item(s) must be received by us within 14 days from the day in which they were received you.  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the mail.

Items that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for return. If you've read the above guidelines and your item(s) is eligible for return, please email info@shopmaeven.com with your invoice number, name of product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will be issued an RMA number. Clearly mark your package with your RMA number before mailing to ensure proper processing. Items without an RMA number will be returned to sender.
